Simp AI
Most AI products fail not because the model is wrong, but because the person reading the output doesn't trust it.
SimpAI had the same problem. The intelligence was there. What wasn't there was a UI that made a non-technical business owner feel confident enough to act on what the system was telling them.

The Challenge
The data was powerful. The interface made it feel like a threat. Users were bouncing not because the product was broken, but because nothing on screen told them what to do next or why they should trust what they were seeing.

The Design Process
The visual system was built around one question: what does trust look like on a screen full of data? Restraint was the answer. Soft dark background, orange reserved strictly for actions and alerts, nothing decorative. Every decision was about moving the user from confusion to clarity as fast as possible.

The Result
Non-technical users could land, understand what the AI was surfacing, and act without a walkthrough. Less friction at the point of insight, stronger confidence in the product. That's the gap the design closed.
