Slipnot is an enterprise iPad application used by field teams to conduct safety audits in industrial and commercial environments. I designed the audit experience and visual system to support fast data entry, accurate risk assessment, and consistent reporting in real-world conditions.

The Challenge:
Field audits are time-critical and error-sensitive. Inspectors work on-site, often under pressure, and need tools that are clear, reliable, and easy to use. The challenge was designing a system that supports complex safety checks without slowing teams down or introducing mistakes.

I structured the experience around clear, step-by-step audit flows, readable layouts, and focused data entry. The interface prioritises clarity over density, ensuring inspectors always know what to do next. Visual and brand decisions were aligned with Slipnot’s enterprise positioning.
